You’ll receive a message from your instructor shortly, followed by an invoice with a secure payment link. Please allow 1–12 hours for the link to arrive.
Payment is required before your eFoil session begins.

We accept:

• All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, JCB, UnionPay, Maestro, Diners Club, etc.)
• Cash in USD or KYD (converted at CI x 0.82)
• Major cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, and more)

If you're bringing additional riders, please ensure each person completes a waiver before arrival. You can use the link below to send it to them directly.

If you've booked a Lesson or Session, your waiver should already be on file. 

If you're unsure or bringing a new rider, feel free to resend the waiver link just to be safe.

 For your comfort and safety, please come prepared with:

• Rash guard or swim shirt – Highly recommended for sun protection and comfort.
• Secure swimwear – We recommend bottoms that offer more coverage than standard bikinis. During instruction you’ll spend time on your hands and knees on the board, so fitted surf shorts, athletic bottoms, or a one-piece are most comfortable.
• Sunscreen & towel

We provide:

• Lift eFoil setup
• Impact vest
• Communication hat (or helmet upon request)
• Knee & elbow protection – optional, to help prevent chafing while learning
• Cold waters and electrolytes

If you have any special requests, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.
 

Extra tips:

• Leave jewelry and valuables in your accommodation or vehicle.
• Expect 1.5–2 hours in the sun; stay hydrated.
• If conditions are rough, we’ll reschedule — safety always comes first.

We bring our services directly to you! If you're staying along Seven Mile Beach, there's a good chance we can launch right from your location. For those elsewhere on the island, we can suggest some fantastic locations for your eFoil session. Your instructor will confirm the eFoil session location with you via Text / WhatsApp. If you don't hear from us promptly, please don't hesitate to contact us at +1 345 926 9933. Additionally, in case of rough seas along Seven Mile Beach, we have a backup location at Dock C2 in the Cayman Islands Yacht Club. 

Please note that we have a 36-hour cancellation policy. No refunds will be provided for "no-shows" or cancellations made within 36 hours of your scheduled eFoil session. Rescheduling is a different situation. 

If the water conditions are too rough for an introductory demonstration or lesson at your selected location, we'll be more than happy to reschedule your eFoil session to another day/time. Rescheduling is subject to our availability. Additionally, we have a backup location at Dock C2 in the Cayman Islands Yacht Club for cases of rough seas along Seven Mile Beach.
